We seek a creative and talented full-time Business Development Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong passion for sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Pipeline Management:
    • Track, monitor, and manage deal pipelines using the CRM tool(Hubspot).
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to ensure pipeline health and progress.
  1. Client Communications:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing support.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  1. Proposal Drafting:
    • Prepare detailed and customized proposals based on client requirements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and alignment of proposals with client expectations.
  1. Prospecting:
    • Research and identify potential leads in target markets.
    • Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
    • Qualify leads to assess their fit and readiness for SGBI INC’s solutions.
  1. Sales Coordination:
    • Work collaboratively with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and achieve successful deal closures.
    • Support senior executives in achieving team sales targets.
  1. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
    • Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or robotics sector, is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients effectively.
  • Creative and innovative mindset to develop unique solutions for clients.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Knowledge in preparing reports.
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
